At Enverus, we are more than 1400 people from around the globe representing many diverse backgrounds. To celebrate the team and our uniqueness, we want to draw attention to and celebrate key events and dates that are meaningful to our various team members. Within the last several months, we have drawn attention to: LGBT+ Pride Month, U.S. Independence Day, Canada Day, Immigrant Heritage Month and Eid al-Adha.
Enverus Communities is a program aimed at giving team members a sense of belonging by allowing them to connect with others around the world. We set up intranet spaces for groups to build interest groups and get organized. They can use the various communication channels to set up book clubs, service days, regular meetings or just chat! From Green Team to Parenting to Women in Sales, we have room for everyone to connect.
Bringing one’s whole self to work – respectful, open dialogue
We know that news and events in our local and global communities impact our employees both personally, as well as professionally. Much like a traditional book club, we have launched Article Club. Our goal is to provide a space that allows our organization to share experiences, thoughts and opinions related to a variety of topics connected to Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging. Two articles are selected for a 60-minute discussion in several small groups, so that everyone's voice can be heard.
