Want to know the summary of the work associated with a specific ticket? Check the mileage and time tracked under trip summary.

Detailed Path


Need to know the route taken during the job? OpenTicket provides a detailed view of the route, including timestamps. You can zoom in to see as much detail as needed and choose between street, outdoor and satellite view. You can also see any geofences that were crossed.



Geofences


Want to verify the job route and location? You can add geofences to OpenTicket. If one is crossed during the job, they'll appear on the map. You can view the name of the fence and the times when the driver entered and exited the fence.

Alerts


Alerts allow you to quickly spot tickets that need a closer look. You can easily see if the reported hours on the ticket match what was recorded on the job. You can also see if the AFE or cost center added to the ticket matches the associated geofences.
